What this page covers

This notice covers the Bayline Detail Co. website: what it collects when you browse, request a detail or send us a message, and which outside services receive it.

What we collect

  • When you request a detail: your name, mobile number and email, your vehicle, the service you picked, whether the car comes to the studio or the van comes to you and the address if so, your preferred day and time window, any notes, and whether you ticked the box agreeing to texts.
  • When you send a message: your name, mobile number, email and what you wrote.
  • Automatically: the standard logs our web host keeps for every site, such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you asked for.

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking pixels. The type-preference switch stores one letter in your browser and nowhere else.

How we use it

To confirm and schedule your detail, to text or call you about it, to answer your message and, only if you agreed to it, to send occasional offers. We do not sell your personal information and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else receives it

  • Vercel hosts this website.
  • Our appointment and messaging system stores requests and messages and sends confirmations and reminders.

Text messages

Confirmations and reminders for a detail you asked for are part of the service and go to the number you gave us. Offers go only to people who ticked the consent box. Reply STOP to any message to end them, or HELP for help. The details are in our text message terms.

We never share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described on this page.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@baylinedetail.example or text (813) 555-0147.

How long we keep it

Requests and messages are kept only as long as needed to book and follow up on your detail. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires. Hosting logs are kept for a short operational period.

Still outstanding. This site is a demonstration build. The booking form is not connected to any system yet, the business name, phone and email are placeholders, and this page must be reviewed by the owner and, if they wish, counsel before the site goes live under a real business.
